ARMAFLEX® - HIGH ENERGY EFFICIENCY FOR COMFORT COOLING

EXHIBITION WORLD BAHRAIN
Nestled in the vibrant heart of Arabia, the Middle East’s newest exhibition and convention centre is poised to elevate Bahrain onto the global stage as the ultimate must-visit destination in the region. With a total exhibition space of 95,000 m² over 10 halls, it aims to draw the attention of prestigious exhibitions, conventions, entertainment spectacles, concerts, and gala events from around the world.To protect the heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) and refrigeration equipment against condensation and energy losses, the German-based company Tilke Engineers & Architects, specified ArmaFlex.
ONYX BAHRAIN BAY
Situated in one of the most exclusive area of Manama, Onyx Bahrain Bay, also known as the “Rolex Towers”, comprises two towers - one with 42 floors and the other with 37 floors. This iconic project developed by Kooheji Development, was awarded the Best Luxury High-Rise for its Penthouses, by Luxury Lifestyle Awards, one of the world’s most prestigious awards for luxury goods and services. The engineering office specified AP/ArmaFlex for the thermal insulation of airducts, chilled water lines of the AC systems and plumbing lines.
MARASSI AL BAHRAIN GALLERIA
Located on the banks of the Diyar Muharraq in the up-and-coming Marassi district of Bahrain, Marassi Mall is poised to become the country‘s premium shopping destination. Opened in February 2024, the landmark mall is the key anchor within the masterplanned community of Diyar Al Muharraq – Bahrain’s largest private urban project. For the insulation of the duct- and pipework of the HVAC systems Pace specified AP/ArmaFlex. All in all, around 10,000 m² of insulation material, ArmaFlex 520 adhesive and ArmaFlex self adhesive tape was delivered by Armacell.
AP/ARMAFLEX - INSTALL IT. TRUST IT.
The fibre-free, closed-cell material features a built-in vapour barrier and provides long-term reliable condensation control. AP/ArmaFlex is equipped with MICROBAN®. These antimicrobial additives provide ‘proactive’ protection against harmful bacteria, mould and mildew. It has extremely low VOC emissions and can contribute to green building certification schemes. What’s more: the highly flexible elastomeric foam is pleasant to handle and allows an easy and quick installation.
