Supply Chain Manager (Full Time, Permanent)

Office-based at Armacell UK, Oldham

We are looking for a driven and talented Supply Chain Manager who will strive to achieve our business growth strategy whilst overseeing Supply Chain processes, optimising production planning and procurement to maximise our efficiency and profitability.

You will execute supply chain operations to achieve short and long term goals and manage the local S&OP process. You will ensure we have good service level agreements and are receiving the best quality in a timely manner. The role will involve participating in annual and long range budgets and strategies.

Industrial Sales Manager (Full time, permanent)

Field-based (Head office, Oldham)

Reporting to the UK Sales & Commercial Manager, the successful candidate will grow the profitability of the company through successful sales management of the Armacell Energy business in the UK and optimising business opportunities in line with the Sales and Marketing Strategy. Key activities of the successful candidate will include developing and managing a network of key contractors, develop business through specification and sales of Armacell solutions on OPEX maintenance and CAPEX new-build projects.

About the role

  1. Grow market share, achieve and exceed sales targets
  2. Promote and participate in Demand Creation initiatives e.g. specification breaking, substitutions, specification management and selling processes
  3. Strategy and account planning for key accounts
  4. Forecast, monitor and evaluate sales performance of key accounts
  5. Analyse competitor activity and use data to formulate proposals for changes in strategy
  6. Report through the CRM system Salesforce
  7. Liaise closely with Customer Services team regarding sales activity in business areas
  8. Identify new business opportunities and formulating a detailed sales plan
  9. New product development – working closely with technical and marketing team to recommend and pursue product improvement, new product development and promotion
  10. Organise promotional activities such as “road shows”, applications training, visits to other Armacell plants etc. to incentivise key decision makers to specify our product
  11. Conduct seminars/presentations on our products and product development to update the contactors knowledge base and help them to become more innovative in providing insulation solutions to their clients

About you

  • Previous sales experience in thermal or acoustic insulation a definite benefit
  • Previous sales experience to EPC's and Oil & Gas majors a definite benefit
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to influence others
  • Decision making

  • Sales and negotiation
  • Proficiency in Salesforce.com, Microsoft Office programs, such as Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Excellent written and verbal English

Account Manager, South (Full time, permanent)

We are looking for a talented sales manager to take responsibility of Armacell sales in the London region. Ideally with a background in construction / heating and plumbing, you will grow existing partner accounts and open up new opportunities that achieve and exceed revenue growth targets.  

This is an exciting and challenging role that requires the successful candidate to be to identify routes to market, supply chain and distribution models, understand product feasibility and stocking abilities, as well as a commercial focus on business development by spotting gaps in a fast-paced market.  

 

About the role
